Most of us are used to having our vegan pulled pork fixed made with jackfruit, but EatFigsNotPigs has come up with an amazing pulled pork recipe using oyster mushrooms, you read that correct, oyster mushrooms.

I have not tried to make this recipe as of yet, but I will definitely give it a try in the very near future.
