My love tacos are indescribable, what can I say; they are simple juicy and tasty. I’ve had different varieties of vegan tacos but I love this one the most, this is because unlike the others the Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos can be prepared all year round no matter the season. It’s a dinner favorite meal for family and friends. Let me give you a glimpse of what’s stuffed inside; baked and broiled Buffalo Cauliflower for an added crispy feeling, it wraps up in corn tortillas and spiced up with avocado sauce combined with jalapeno carrot slaw. I know you are already salivating, then imagine the feeling of this dish in your mouth…simply delicious!! This is a perfect meal for anyone who’s avoiding gluten food.
