<p>So yeah, I haven’t very specific in my previous vegan recipes… well thanks to the festive season, I’ve been working my ass off to make this holiday the best ever for you when it comes to healthy living. I hope you’ve been enjoying the amazing recipes specially compiled for you and your family.</p>
<p>What I’ve got for you today is the first official breakfast recipe and since it’s my first I made sure it’s something you’d remember after your first bite. The Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is perfect for both breakfast and lunch and it’s super easy and quick to prepare.</p>
<p>But before we dive into the sweetness of this meal, I’d like to drop a few tips. Now, if you’re reading this and you’re also a body builder or your workout regularly then the Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is just right for you. It’s very rich in protein which is very important to muscle growth. You could make this your favorite breakfast after each morning’s workout. That’s that!</p>
<p>Do you love pancakes? Have you tried a chickpea pancake? Well if you love pancakes and you want to try something new then this is definitely a good choice.</p>
<p>Apart from being rich in protein, the Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is also very easy to prepare and that’s one of the reasons I love this pancake, I can’t help it I’m a lazy cook…lol</p>
<p>After preparing the pancake, I got to discover that your topping whichever you choose really matters when it comes to the taste of the pancake. For my recent pancake topping I used a sautéed mushroom, onion and chive with a little bit of cashew cream but for this particular recipe, the topping used is avocado, hummus, salsa, red pepper flakes and cashew cream. And honestly, it tasted absolutely delicious and was really filling.</p>

When I’m trying to get all the nutrients in one bowl all I need to do is mix up a few vegetables and I’m good to go. I love salads because they are very nutritious, can go with most meals and are very easy to make.</p>
<p>The Blueberry Sweet Potato Breakfast Salad is my first of its kind I’m sharing with you, and trust me my firsts are all something to look out for.</p>
<p>The ingredients you need aren’t more than ten which are sweet red potato, organic mustard greens, avocados, blueberries, hummus and hemp seed just to mention a few. All it takes to prepare the Blueberry Sweet Potato Breakfast Salad is just twenty minutes including slicing of the potato.</p>
<p>What makes it so fast is that you don’t need to cook anything or make use of the oven, it’s just simply slice, cut, add and stir.</p>

<p>I’m always pleased to share an amazing vegan recipe anytime I make one or find one. Food has become more than just something you eat and get filled with, it literally is life.</p>
<p>What draws me to a particular recipe differs, and apart from good taste and health benefits, some meals are just simply beautiful. Ever stared at a dish so much that you couldn’t help but admire the color and aroma…I’m a victim of this and it’s a wonderful feeling.</p>

<p>I’ve got a special recipe to share with you today, it’s a fall season special. Yeah, I know it’s kinda late but whatever! We aren’t running out of falls anytime soon so you could enjoy this next fall. It’s a win win.</p>
<p>The Roasted Sweet Potato Kale is perfect for those who love roasting vegetables, tofu and are also lazy cooks…lol</p>
<p>There isn’t much to do when preparing the Roasted Sweet Potato Kale, with just 10 ingredients basically all you’ll be doing is preparing your malasa spiced scrambled tofu while your vegetables are busy roasting. Is it just me or do caramelized vegetables taste better? I can’t see you but I know the expression on your face confirms it.</p>
