Hi guys,

So yeah, I haven’t very specific in my previous vegan recipes… well thanks to the festive season, I’ve been working my ass off to make this holiday the best ever for you when it comes to healthy living. I hope you’ve been enjoying the amazing recipes specially compiled for you and your family.

What I’ve got for you today is the first official breakfast recipe and since it’s my first I made sure it’s something you’d remember after your first bite. The Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is perfect for both breakfast and lunch and it’s super easy and quick to prepare.

But before we dive into the sweetness of this meal, I’d like to drop a few tips. Now, if you’re reading this and you’re also a body builder or your workout regularly then the Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is just right for you. It’s very rich in protein which is very important to muscle growth. You could make this your favorite breakfast after each morning’s workout. That’s that!

Do you love pancakes? Have you tried a chickpea pancake? Well if you love pancakes and you want to try something new then this is definitely a good choice.

Apart from being rich in protein, the Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is also very easy to prepare and that’s one of the reasons I love this pancake, I can’t help it I’m a lazy cook…lol

After preparing the pancake, I got to discover that your topping whichever you choose really matters when it comes to the taste of the pancake. For my recent pancake topping I used a sautéed mushroom, onion and chive with a little bit of cashew cream but for this particular recipe, the topping used is avocado, hummus, salsa, red pepper flakes and cashew cream. And honestly, it tasted absolutely delicious and was really filling.

To see the full recipe, click the link below and enjoy

Vegan black bean burgers
Its so amazing that you can enjoy varieties of burgers specially made for vegans. Ever heard about the vegan black bean burgers? Its another vegan snack that’s worth preparing for your sole enjoyment. Its easy to prepare, starting with putting them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow them firm up properly. I must say that apart from the savory taste of the black bean burger, its really satisfying. With a few inexpensive ingredients you get all you need for this burger. A few tips I’d say are helpful when cooking this are; make sure to drain your black beans properly because the better the drain the better the taste. Mind your use of water, its okay for the batter to be slightly wet but excess water can ruin it. If you notice its too wet then add more flour. I’m trying to cut my gluten intake so I purchased a gluten free flour instead, it all depends on your preference. Preparing the vegan black bean burger doesn’t take more than 25-30 minutes max provided you know your way around the kitchen. Before I forget, its advisable to add some barbecue sauce (vegan) to your burger so it doesn’t look dry. Since I prefer my burgers more on the crispy side, I made them thinner than usual, you could also do this if you having a large number of friends and family over. Oh yes, these burgers are made to be thick and that’s another thing I love about it, it just fills me up every time. If you are looking for something simple and delicious, here you have it. I’m sure you’ll be dying to know the ingredients and procedures; don’t worry I’ve got you covered. If you wanna have a taste of this spicy delicacy just click the link below. Have a great meal!

When you take a look at the name of this particular snack you might not go along with it seeing the “animal fries” but it’s actually not what you think, they are actually your regular fries topped with sauce, processed cheese and caramelized onions. As a vegan myself and a pastry lover this is actually one of the most mouthwatering vegan snacks I’ve eaten. Who says we vegans can’t enjoy a good old burger? Instead of your normal burger where you’d have to eat bacon, try this one out. What I really love about this snack is the sauce, its just so special and its quite similar to the Big Mac sauce combined with other ingredients like processed cheese and caramelized onions, the whole mix just gives you a great feeling. Of course, it’s a snack so preparing it shouldn’t take long, all the time you need to make this baby is just 20 minutes and BOOM! You’re good to go. Do you know that the In N Out Burger Animal Fries is a cult fav fast food? Yeah, that makes it something you would wanna try some time. When preparing this delicacy, truth be told it actually felt a lot less than 20 minutes I feel this is because the process is just so easy. This might sound funny but if you’re a lazy cook like me and you just wanna enjoy a quick snack on a Saturday morning or any other day then I really suggest you try this out. It’s also good for little gatherings, in fact non-vegans might actually get to change their mind about their food preference. I guess you’ll be nodding your head and picturing this awesome meal, to know the ingredients you need and how to prepare this baby click the link below to get all the details you need.
