Dear Vegans,

Who agrees with me that recipes shouldn’t be boring and long? I guess you all do and that’s why I make cooking and learning about new recipes as fun and educating as possible.

Today I’m going to skip all the chit chat I read when I stumbled upon this recipe and go into the main detail.

The Nutty Crusted Butternut Squash Bowl was born out of the zeal to create something new and also tasty. The story behind this is really long and tiresome so I’ll skip that. But the good thing to know is that in the end, it came out very tasty.

It takes you roughly and hour to get this done with, so don’t be in a rush else you’ll ruin it. The Nutty Crusted Butternut Squash Bowl is tested and trusted by me your favorite vegan chef hence you can be rest assured that it’s worth the stress.

You’re going to be preparing four different parts of the meal and these four parts have their own recipe, but don’t be freaked out my friends because the ingredients you need are very easy to purchase.

You’ll need twenty ingredients in total for the nutty crust topping, butternut squash, 10-spice roasted chickpea and the marinated kale.

Trust me you’ll love this when you’re done.

I want to leave a little advice for you guys because I care about you. Here it goes; whenever you’re in the kitchen probably thinking of creating something new, make sure you’re in a good mood and also have a picture and a goal set. Think about what kind of meal you want to create and how you want it to taste before running off to make a mess. And hopefully you’ll get to tell me about the new recipe you created.

That’s that

Enjoy this recipe by clicking the link below

Hi Vegans,

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt in the kitchen, it’s that hard work, consistency and practice pays. The recipe I’m about to share with you is a product of consistency and practice because it had to go through series of tests and various messed up results to finally give you the amazing appetizer.

Yes, you heard that right, it’s and appetizer and it’s also my first appetizer on the blog but it’s really worth it. If most over the counter breads contain ingredients you are allergic to or ingredients that you need to cut down, then the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread is just right for you.

I’m a lazy chef, not every time but sometimes…lol

So, when I got to know that the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread needed only three ingredients (chai seeds, uncooked quinoa and coconut oil) to prepare and 45 minutes in total to cook I was so excited.

There isn’t much to do in the kitchen when preparing this flatbread, except you are going to be using any toppings of your choice. The topping depends on you and your taste, but maybe I can give you a few great ideas on toppings to use. For example, sliced banana or strawberries, avocado hummus toast and raspberry chai seed jam would go along with the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread just fine.

There are two things I love about this flatbread. Apart from it being homemade, I love the way the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread freezes easily and thaws too. Even the uncooked dough can be stored in the freezer in case you desire a bite at any time. The Chai and Quinoa Flatbread is a great appetizer to add to your menu.

Nothing is tastes better and is more healthy than homemade bread.

To enjoy the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread click the link below and have a great meal.

Hey there, it’s me again your number one vegan chef. And I’m here today to quench a particular craving among us.

What’s that?

It’s that craving for quick snack that’s savory, salty, hot, crispy and crunchy. I’m not talking about those over the counter potato chips and French fries… nope! I’m talking about my new favorite snack, the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps.

Back when I was younger, I used to be a junkie…yeah, I ate all sorts of fast foods that were both unhealthy and filled with crap. But hey, I’m glad I don’t do that anymore.

So, if you have a teenage kid who’s deep into junk food then why not introduce the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps to that junkie.

All it takes you is fifteen minutes and a few ingredients and BAM! There you have the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps is ready to be served hot and crispy. Apart from its great taste, the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps is very healthy as it contains no sugar or artificial preservatives.

The Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps is a very good choice for an appetizer but I prefer it as a warm afternoon snack alongside a glass of fresh fruit juice. Sounds yummy right!

The ingredients you need to make this baby are; zucchini, sea salt, all purpose flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, vegan parmesan cheese, unsweetened almond milk and olive oil spray.

As I said earlier, avoid junk food as much as possible therefore instead of running to the nearby store to grab some potato chips why not give the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps a try.

Remember it’s not all about eating tasty food, eating healthy food also matters. Check out the full recipe via this link.

Enjoy your day

Okay, I know I’m a great hype man buy hey the Cannellini Dip on Cucumber Chips is just too good and too easy. How’d you feel if I told you that all you need to do this, and I mean every single ingredient you’ll need are cannellini beans, garlic, basil leaves, olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, a food processor and your knife.

It looks quite much but listen, all you have to do is put all these ingredients into the food processor, blend and slice your cucumber into round chips and BOOM! Its ready to eat. Sounds pretty cool huh

Whether as an appetizer or a snack, the Cannellini Dip on Cucumber Chips is really worth your time and effort in the kitchen. How you put the dip on the cucumber is entirely up to you my friends. You could be creative and do a little design on the surface or if you’re like me, just spread that dip and munch away. It doesn’t get any easier than this.

Okay before I drop the link, I want you to know that cucumber has a good number of antioxidants, aids weight loss, regulates blood sugar, and promotes hydration. Add it to your recipes and stay healthy.

Ever seen the movie Narcos? It’s a really great movie and if you’ve watched it I bet you’d agree with me… But that’s not why we’re here now is it?

Lol, no it’s not but there’s no crime in enjoying some vegan nachos while watching narcos…don’t mind me you can enjoy it with any movie of your choice. I know I play too much, I guess I’m really excited today.

Do you know what I do when I try out a new recipe and it taste great?

I bet you’re thinking I just come here and drop it for you guys, but no you’re wrong about that. The first thing I do of course is enjoy this great new recipe alone and savor the taste. Sounds selfish right…lol I know.

But I’m not a bad friend, I invite my friends over and surprise them with this new discovery over a good piece of game. Why do I do this? It’s simple, you don’t fully know how good a meal is until other taste it and leave their remarks.

What am I saying in essence? I’m saying that whatever I bring to you is already tested and trusted by me and my friends.

The Vegan Nachos is no exception to this habit of mine and yes, my friends loved it and I hope you do too. It’s quite easy to make and also tasty. I won’t go into much details today, instead I’ll let you discover for yourself how good the Vegan Nachos tastes.

It’s easy to cook but it also takes a little bit more time, usually and hour and a few minutes but it’s sure darn worth all the stress.

Go my dear vegan friends and prepare this unique dish. Get the full recipe via the link below.
