VEGAN ONE POT PASTA
Dear foodies,
We’ve been going on trips to various continents across the globe and so far, we’ve been to Asia and the Middle east. But today, I find myself taking a walk back to the Asian home of vegan food.
Before we proceed on this journey, I must warn you that this is probably the most mind-blowing recipe on this blog when it comes to easy cooking. But don’t be scared I’d like to say it’s dangerously delicious.
Yes, so sit back and let’s a take a ride to Asia to learn how to cook the Vegan One Pot Pasta. This creamy dinner doesn’t need much when it comes to ingredients, all you need is just ten ingredients which are; pasta, onion, zucchini, frozen peas, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, coconut milk, tomatoes and red curry paste. But pay close attention to these two ingredients; the coconut milk and the red curry paste. These two wonder ingredients are what gives the Vegan One Pot Pasta its unique taste and texture.
Do you want to know why it’s called the Vegan One Pot Pasta?
Come closer, I have to whisper this to you because you might get the chills…lol
Why it’s called the Vegan One Pot Pasta is because it only requires one pot to cook all these ingredients, but that’s not the best part. After you’re done preparing the things you need, then you are going to pour all the ingredients into the pot and cook for fifteen minutes straight. No extra soup or sauce making, no batter making, no breaks, just 15 minutes of steam and heat and your Vegan One Pot Pasta is ready. Crazy right? I told you so.
Well, I can complain cause you all know that I love my meals easy and fast. Trust since I’ve been into vegan recipes it doesn’t get easier than this.
