Dear Vegans,

Who agrees with me that recipes shouldn’t be boring and long? I guess you all do and that’s why I make cooking and learning about new recipes as fun and educating as possible.

Today I’m going to skip all the chit chat I read when I stumbled upon this recipe and go into the main detail.

The Nutty Crusted Butternut Squash Bowl was born out of the zeal to create something new and also tasty. The story behind this is really long and tiresome so I’ll skip that. But the good thing to know is that in the end, it came out very tasty.

It takes you roughly and hour to get this done with, so don’t be in a rush else you’ll ruin it. The Nutty Crusted Butternut Squash Bowl is tested and trusted by me your favorite vegan chef hence you can be rest assured that it’s worth the stress.

You’re going to be preparing four different parts of the meal and these four parts have their own recipe, but don’t be freaked out my friends because the ingredients you need are very easy to purchase.

You’ll need twenty ingredients in total for the nutty crust topping, butternut squash, 10-spice roasted chickpea and the marinated kale.

Trust me you’ll love this when you’re done.

I want to leave a little advice for you guys because I care about you. Here it goes; whenever you’re in the kitchen probably thinking of creating something new, make sure you’re in a good mood and also have a picture and a goal set. Think about what kind of meal you want to create and how you want it to taste before running off to make a mess. And hopefully you’ll get to tell me about the new recipe you created.

That’s that

Enjoy this recipe by clicking the link below

Hi Vegans,

Raise your hand if you don’t just love a perfect slice of French toast in the morning together with a nice cup of freshly brewed hot coffee. I bet there isn’t a single hand up.

Well, I’m here again with another amazing breakfast recipe just for you and you alone. Trust me you really need to try this out.

The Vegan Banana French Toast is a whole new dimension of French toast, it’s naturally sweet and yummy thanks to a few special ingredients. Why not spice up your style of making French toasts and try out the Vegan Banana French Toast.

My favorite recipes are usually the ones that are both easy to prepare and also tasty and the Vegan Banana French Toast is not an exception.

Oh yes! Before I forget, you should use rustic or stale bread to avoid a soggy slice. This special delicacy is dipped in caramelized banana and non-dairy milk to give you all the sweetness you need. That’s not all, after cooking the toasts a topping of sliced banana, coconut sugar, maple and seasonal fruit is served on top of the French toast to make it more delicious.

I must also mention that when preparing the Vegan Banana French Toast much attention much be given to whichever bread you’ll be using for the toast, because I tried a whole lot of loaves both the ones over the counter and at the nearby bakery store. I noticed that not all type of bread goes well with the caramelized banana and non-dairy milk batter dip. If you can’t get rustic or stale bread then before you go ahead and make a mess of yourself in the kitchen, I’d advise you to try out a slice first to see how well it goes.

Apart from that, the Vegan Banana French Toast is a breakfast favorite for me and you should try it too by clicking the link below.

Hi vegans,

I’m sorry but we aren’t taking any trips today, but that doesn’t stop the fun. Remember that our vegan one pot pasta recipe? Well say hi to a close friend of it, the Mango Curry Chickpeas.

The Mango Curry Chickpeas is perfect for dinner and can be served over a hot bowl of rice or the chai and quinoa flatbread. I can start to describe how sweet and delicious it is, of course we owe this to the fresh mango.

Unlike our one pot pasta, this recipe actually takes more time to prepare and cook plus it’s not as crazy as the vegan pasta. I can still remember the taste.

Well, let’s snap back into reality, the Mango Curry Chickpeas is savory and creamy. Sometimes I don’t like writing about recipes when I’m slightly hungry because I start to salivate like what I’m doing now…

Focus guys, the most tasking part is the sauce, certain things have to be done properly for it to taste really good. First thing you must ensure is the onion puree is well roasted and simmer the fresh garam masala and other spices long enough to give the desired taste.

How about we learn a few health benefits of the Mango Curry Chickpeas;

It boosts the body’s metabolism

Reduces cholesterol levels

Boosts immune system

Eases body pain

Aids digestion

Improves vision

Improves skin health

Yeah, so those are a few benefits of the Mango Curry Chickpeas. I always encourage healthy eating habits and this recipe has proven itself worthy.

I do appreciate feedback and you can always feel free to leave a comment after you’ve tried any of the recipes I post. Questions are also welcomed, thank you.

Are appetizers not the easiest part of any 3-course meal? Of course, they are!

Welcome once again to another amazing vegan recipe revelation. Journey with me into the most delicious, nourishing and easy to prepare appetizer I just discovered.

Okay, I know I’m a great hype man buy hey the Cannellini Dip on Cucumber Chips is just too good and too easy. How’d you feel if I told you that all you need to do this, and I mean every single ingredient you’ll need are cannellini beans, garlic, basil leaves, olive oil, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, a food processor and your knife.

It looks quite much but listen, all you have to do is put all these ingredients into the food processor, blend and slice your cucumber into round chips and BOOM! Its ready to eat. Sounds pretty cool huh

Whether as an appetizer or a snack, the Cannellini Dip on Cucumber Chips is really worth your time and effort in the kitchen. How you put the dip on the cucumber is entirely up to you my friends. You could be creative and do a little design on the surface or if you’re like me, just spread that dip and munch away. It doesn’t get any easier than this.

Okay before I drop the link, I want you to know that cucumber has a good number of antioxidants, aids weight loss, regulates blood sugar, and promotes hydration. Add it to your recipes and stay healthy.

Ever seen the movie Narcos? It’s a really great movie and if you’ve watched it I bet you’d agree with me… But that’s not why we’re here now is it?

Lol, no it’s not but there’s no crime in enjoying some vegan nachos while watching narcos…don’t mind me you can enjoy it with any movie of your choice. I know I play too much, I guess I’m really excited today.

Do you know what I do when I try out a new recipe and it taste great?

I bet you’re thinking I just come here and drop it for you guys, but no you’re wrong about that. The first thing I do of course is enjoy this great new recipe alone and savor the taste. Sounds selfish right…lol I know.

But I’m not a bad friend, I invite my friends over and surprise them with this new discovery over a good piece of game. Why do I do this? It’s simple, you don’t fully know how good a meal is until other taste it and leave their remarks.

What am I saying in essence? I’m saying that whatever I bring to you is already tested and trusted by me and my friends.

The Vegan Nachos is no exception to this habit of mine and yes, my friends loved it and I hope you do too. It’s quite easy to make and also tasty. I won’t go into much details today, instead I’ll let you discover for yourself how good the Vegan Nachos tastes.

It’s easy to cook but it also takes a little bit more time, usually and hour and a few minutes but it’s sure darn worth all the stress.

Go my dear vegan friends and prepare this unique dish. Get the full recipe via the link below.

Dear vegans, your favorite food blogger is here again with yet another tasty and indeed vegan recipe.

We aren’t traveling to any special continents this time but instead I’m bringing back a recipe that has been here for ages so much that it has become too common.

I’m talking about some good old mac and cheese, only this time it’s being prepared in the vegan style just the way me and you get to enjoy it.

It’s funny how we get carried away by so many great recipes that we forget our own traditional mac and cheese. With the addition of broccoli and a few other ingredients, the Vegan Mac and Cheese is both yummy and healthy.

Ever heard of nutritional yeast? Well, if your answer is no then I urge you to go ahead and try some. You might be surprised how great it comes out.

The Vegan Mac and Cheese is quite easy to prepare as it requires roughly fifteen ingredients which are very easy to come by in your nearby store. And with just 40 minutes of your time, it’s ready and the feast begins.

I always have you guys in my utmost concern that’s why this recipe is dairy free, so those cheese lovers who have allergies can also have a taste of this amazing dish.

After series of tests, I’ve given the Vegan Mac and Cheese my official stamp of good quality and great taste. Don’t ask to see the stamp, my word is an authority…lol

The Vegan Mac and Cheese is a perfect meal for dinner because its incredibly creamy. But don’t get me wrong cook this up for special dinner date. Speaking about dates…I’ll be writing a few vegan recipes that are perfect for dates.

In the meantime, click the link and enjoy

So, the other day I got home from the office really stressed and tired but also hungry which is a really bad combo. The usual me would just take off my shoes and slump on my bed…that’s if I make it to the bedroom in time and not fall asleep on the couch.

But sometimes the hunger just beats the need for sleep and the only choice I have is to prepare something very easy and fast as possible. What do I do?

As a vegan food enthusiast, I never run out of ingredients that can make me the tastiest and easy dish possible. I decide to cook the Easy Vegan Alfredo Pasta which I just discovered some days back while streaming my favorite show, “the neighborhood.”

I get carried away while watching the new episode, a bad habit of mine. I can feel the rumble in my stomach so I walk to the kitchen and start the process. In 25 minutes or less I’m sitting on the couch with a bowl of Easy Vegan Alfredo Pasta in my hands and my eyes on the screen. The rest is history.

I really enjoyed it, it’s rich and creamy especially the sauce. I even had a dream about it only to wake up and find out I slept off on the couch, my phone where pasta had been hours ago…lol

The Easy Vegan Alfredo Pasta is perfect for dinner and also great if you want a quick and easy meal. With just ten ingredients you can make yourself a nice bowl of Easy Vegan Alfredo Pasta. Instead of rushing to bed on an empty stomach and waking up later at night in search of a midnight snack, just try out the Easy Vegan Alfredo Pasta.

Click and enjoy
