Hello foodies,

Do you want to see what the cat dragged in today? I bet you do.

I’m all about easy meals and that’s why I enjoy preparing appetizers. I’ve always been making emphasis on the beauty of fresh salad recipes. Why? Because they are not only very easy to make but are also very healthy and nutritious.

So today, we’ll be learning about an amazing appetizer recipe called the Torn Olives with Almond, Celery and Parmesan. It’s very tasty, crunchy, crispy and scrumptious. Why I love this particular mix of veggies is because it’s just so fresh and easy to prepare, no cooking required.

The big ingredient behind the amazing taste is the olives, but other ingredients such as; parm rubble, celery, toasted almonds, garlic, vinegar and olive oil heightens the great taste and leaves you wanting more.

I have a few tips for you when preparing the Torn Olives with Almond, Celery and Parmesan;

To speed up the preparation process, use pre-pitted olives and tear them with your hands into smaller pieces.

For the nuts, I’d recommend buying fresh ones and roasting them personally.

Get fresh organic celery at your nearby food store.

It also goes well with hummus, crackers or pita bread.

In fifteen minutes, and with no cooking required your Torn Olives with Almond, Celery and Parmesan should be ready to serve. I just love the ease, all you need to do is add the ingredients together and stir…on and on and on till you’re done. How easy can this get?

Sometimes, it’s not necessary this ii used as an appetizer, feel free to make yourself a bowl whenever you have the craving for it. During my morning workouts I love enjoying healthy bowls of veggies. You should try that too.

Dear Vegans,

Who agrees with me that recipes shouldn’t be boring and long? I guess you all do and that’s why I make cooking and learning about new recipes as fun and educating as possible.

Today I’m going to skip all the chit chat I read when I stumbled upon this recipe and go into the main detail.

The Nutty Crusted Butternut Squash Bowl was born out of the zeal to create something new and also tasty. The story behind this is really long and tiresome so I’ll skip that. But the good thing to know is that in the end, it came out very tasty.

It takes you roughly and hour to get this done with, so don’t be in a rush else you’ll ruin it. The Nutty Crusted Butternut Squash Bowl is tested and trusted by me your favorite vegan chef hence you can be rest assured that it’s worth the stress.

You’re going to be preparing four different parts of the meal and these four parts have their own recipe, but don’t be freaked out my friends because the ingredients you need are very easy to purchase.

You’ll need twenty ingredients in total for the nutty crust topping, butternut squash, 10-spice roasted chickpea and the marinated kale.

Trust me you’ll love this when you’re done.

I want to leave a little advice for you guys because I care about you. Here it goes; whenever you’re in the kitchen probably thinking of creating something new, make sure you’re in a good mood and also have a picture and a goal set. Think about what kind of meal you want to create and how you want it to taste before running off to make a mess. And hopefully you’ll get to tell me about the new recipe you created.

That’s that

Enjoy this recipe by clicking the link below

Hi guys,

So yeah, I haven’t very specific in my previous vegan recipes… well thanks to the festive season, I’ve been working my ass off to make this holiday the best ever for you when it comes to healthy living. I hope you’ve been enjoying the amazing recipes specially compiled for you and your family.

What I’ve got for you today is the first official breakfast recipe and since it’s my first I made sure it’s something you’d remember after your first bite. The Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is perfect for both breakfast and lunch and it’s super easy and quick to prepare.

But before we dive into the sweetness of this meal, I’d like to drop a few tips. Now, if you’re reading this and you’re also a body builder or your workout regularly then the Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is just right for you. It’s very rich in protein which is very important to muscle growth. You could make this your favorite breakfast after each morning’s workout. That’s that!

Do you love pancakes? Have you tried a chickpea pancake? Well if you love pancakes and you want to try something new then this is definitely a good choice.

Apart from being rich in protein, the Jumbo Chickpea Pancake is also very easy to prepare and that’s one of the reasons I love this pancake, I can’t help it I’m a lazy cook…lol

After preparing the pancake, I got to discover that your topping whichever you choose really matters when it comes to the taste of the pancake. For my recent pancake topping I used a sautéed mushroom, onion and chive with a little bit of cashew cream but for this particular recipe, the topping used is avocado, hummus, salsa, red pepper flakes and cashew cream. And honestly, it tasted absolutely delicious and was really filling.

Hi Vegans,

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt in the kitchen, it’s that hard work, consistency and practice pays. The recipe I’m about to share with you is a product of consistency and practice because it had to go through series of tests and various messed up results to finally give you the amazing appetizer.

Yes, you heard that right, it’s and appetizer and it’s also my first appetizer on the blog but it’s really worth it. If most over the counter breads contain ingredients you are allergic to or ingredients that you need to cut down, then the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread is just right for you.

I’m a lazy chef, not every time but sometimes…lol

So, when I got to know that the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread needed only three ingredients (chai seeds, uncooked quinoa and coconut oil) to prepare and 45 minutes in total to cook I was so excited.

There isn’t much to do in the kitchen when preparing this flatbread, except you are going to be using any toppings of your choice. The topping depends on you and your taste, but maybe I can give you a few great ideas on toppings to use. For example, sliced banana or strawberries, avocado hummus toast and raspberry chai seed jam would go along with the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread just fine.

There are two things I love about this flatbread. Apart from it being homemade, I love the way the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread freezes easily and thaws too. Even the uncooked dough can be stored in the freezer in case you desire a bite at any time. The Chai and Quinoa Flatbread is a great appetizer to add to your menu.

Nothing is tastes better and is more healthy than homemade bread.

To enjoy the Chai and Quinoa Flatbread click the link below and have a great meal.

Dear foodies,

We’ve been going on trips to various continents across the globe and so far, we’ve been to Asia and the Middle east. But today, I find myself taking a walk back to the Asian home of vegan food.

Before we proceed on this journey, I must warn you that this is probably the most mind-blowing recipe on this blog when it comes to easy cooking. But don’t be scared I’d like to say it’s dangerously delicious.

Yes, so sit back and let’s a take a ride to Asia to learn how to cook the Vegan One Pot Pasta. This creamy dinner doesn’t need much when it comes to ingredients, all you need is just ten ingredients which are; pasta, onion, zucchini, frozen peas, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, coconut milk, tomatoes and red curry paste. But pay close attention to these two ingredients; the coconut milk and the red curry paste. These two wonder ingredients are what gives the Vegan One Pot Pasta its unique taste and texture.

Do you want to know why it’s called the Vegan One Pot Pasta?

Come closer, I have to whisper this to you because you might get the chills…lol

Why it’s called the Vegan One Pot Pasta is because it only requires one pot to cook all these ingredients, but that’s not the best part. After you’re done preparing the things you need, then you are going to pour all the ingredients into the pot and cook for fifteen minutes straight. No extra soup or sauce making, no batter making, no breaks, just 15 minutes of steam and heat and your Vegan One Pot Pasta is ready. Crazy right? I told you so.

Well, I can complain cause you all know that I love my meals easy and fast. Trust since I’ve been into vegan recipes it doesn’t get easier than this.

I keep reminding you guys that’s it’s Christmas and the festive seasons are here again. Forgive me for this habit, it’s just I can’t bottle up the excitement I feel. Hope you’ve been enjoying my previous list of Christmas specials.

Do you remember that my Hot Gingerbread Chocolate drink? If you’ve tasted it then I’m sure you’ll definitely love the Vegan Eggnog more. Sometimes deciding on the best drink for the season can be really difficult because there’s just so much to try.

It’s the season, and expect only the best recipes from me to you this Christmas as I’ve just been digging up new and amazing recipes for you. And today, here’s what the dog found….

The Vegan Eggnog is something else, it’s too much goodness in one cup. Homemade from pure natural ingredients to give you the best taste and vital nutrients.

The Vegan Eggnog is easy to prepare, sweet, creamy, frothy and just perfect for the season. I can’t truly describe how good it is but it sure does rival the Hot Gingerbread Chocolate drink. This is a drink for the whole family to enjoy.

For adults, I’m glad to give you this amazing tip; the Vegan Eggnog can be enjoyed with a little amount of alcohol to heighten the good feeling. Though you shouldn’t add any alcohol if you have kids around but if not then make yourself comfortable. It can also be enjoyed either hot or cold, that’s left to you to decide.

Did I enjoy this? Yes. Will I be making the Vegan Eggnog again? Yes, a lot. Do I want you to try this out? Definitely!!!

Enjoy the Vegan Eggnog while in bed all smuggled up and cozy with your favorite person this Christmas. For the full recipe and instructions, click the link below.

The Vegan Banana French Toast is a whole new dimension of French toast, it’s naturally sweet and yummy thanks to a few special ingredients. Why not spice up your style of making French toasts and try out the Vegan Banana French Toast.

My favorite recipes are usually the ones that are both easy to prepare and also tasty and the Vegan Banana French Toast is not an exception.

Oh yes! Before I forget, you should use rustic or stale bread to avoid a soggy slice. This special delicacy is dipped in caramelized banana and non-dairy milk to give you all the sweetness you need. That’s not all, after cooking the toasts a topping of sliced banana, coconut sugar, maple and seasonal fruit is served on top of the French toast to make it more delicious.

I must also mention that when preparing the Vegan Banana French Toast much attention much be given to whichever bread you’ll be using for the toast, because I tried a whole lot of loaves both the ones over the counter and at the nearby bakery store. I noticed that not all type of bread goes well with the caramelized banana and non-dairy milk batter dip. If you can’t get rustic or stale bread then before you go ahead and make a mess of yourself in the kitchen, I’d advise you to try out a slice first to see how well it goes.

Apart from that, the Vegan Banana French Toast is a breakfast favorite for me and you should try it too by clicking the link below.

Hello friends,

I think I’m becoming more of a vegan recipe traveler and I must say it’s really been an interesting journey so far. We’ve been to Israel and Asia, but today I want you to buckle up and sit tight as we take a ride to Europe, Sweden to be much precise.

Remember how our carnivorous friends make fun of us for not being able to enjoy foods like meat. Well, back when I just newly became a vegan I used to get pissed and crave for some meat. It wasn’t really easy during those times especially if you’re someone who loves food like meatballs.

I have great news for you guys, I just found an alternative to meatballs…which also has meatball in its name but different content.

I bring to you the Vegan Swedish Meatballs…and I’m nodding my head as I’m writing this because I know how good it is, in fact it’s simply the best.

This recipe was specifically chosen for those who love quick dinners that can be cooked in twenty minutes or less. Yes, it’s my kind of lazy night dish that has become quite a habit on those really stressful days.

What could go well with the Vegan Swedish Meatballs? It’s honestly up to you. If you are really tired after a hard day at work then just eat that creamy bowl alone. But if you have the time and energy, then noodles or vegan mashed potatoes would work just fine. Whatever you choose, as far as it works for you, that’s fine.

All you need is roughly twenty ingredients for the meatballs and the sauce. And in 25 minutes max you should be done and out of the kitchen.

Hope you enjoy eating this meal, till we meet again next time.

Hey there, it’s me again your number one vegan chef. And I’m here today to quench a particular craving among us.

What’s that?

It’s that craving for quick snack that’s savory, salty, hot, crispy and crunchy. I’m not talking about those over the counter potato chips and French fries… nope! I’m talking about my new favorite snack, the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps.

Back when I was younger, I used to be a junkie…yeah, I ate all sorts of fast foods that were both unhealthy and filled with crap. But hey, I’m glad I don’t do that anymore.

So, if you have a teenage kid who’s deep into junk food then why not introduce the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps to that junkie.

All it takes you is fifteen minutes and a few ingredients and BAM! There you have the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps is ready to be served hot and crispy. Apart from its great taste, the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps is very healthy as it contains no sugar or artificial preservatives.

The Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps is a very good choice for an appetizer but I prefer it as a warm afternoon snack alongside a glass of fresh fruit juice. Sounds yummy right!

The ingredients you need to make this baby are; zucchini, sea salt, all purpose flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, vegan parmesan cheese, unsweetened almond milk and olive oil spray.

As I said earlier, avoid junk food as much as possible therefore instead of running to the nearby store to grab some potato chips why not give the Vegan Oven Fried Parmesan Zucchini Crisps a try.

Remember it’s not all about eating tasty food, eating healthy food also matters. Check out the full recipe via this link.

Enjoy your day
